What is the WOTC email I received?

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a federal tax credit available to employers for hiring individuals from certain target groups who have consistently faced significant barriers to employment. It is a workforce program that incentivizes workplace diversity and facilitates access to good job opportunities.

What if I have forgotten my username/password?

If you forget your password, you can request a password reset by simply clicking on the “Forgot Password” link that is found on the sign in page. Your username is the email address you used when creating your candidate profile.
