MGM Resorts International employees help create a diverse and inclusive culture, making it possible for all employees to feel engaged, entertained and inspired. To support the learning and development of our employees, we have a diverse selection of Employee Network Groups (ENGs) that all employees are welcome to participate in. Our ENGs are voluntary, company-sponsored groups that serve as a resource for employees to learn and develop through networking and mentorship with other ENG members and executives. Each of our ENGs brings together employees with a variety of similar interests from all cultures, classifications and lifestyles.

Employee Network Groups are designed to support MGM Resorts as an Employer of Choice by providing employees the platform for career development, community involvement, talent management and mentoring. Through monthly meetings, employees gain access and exposure to MGM Resorts Executive Leadership and various industry leaders. Not only do ENGs help employees advance their career, but they also seek to support and impact MGM Resorts’ business goals. MGM Resorts leverages each ENG to support a diverse and inclusive workplace to help attract, develop and retain top talent from all backgrounds.
