We offer programs for employees at every level of the organization. All of our programs encompass our Company’s people philosophy and are aligned with our leadership competencies. Our team is comprised of expert facilitators with a skilled team of curriculum, graphics, and e-Learning designers to promote employee learning and talent development to a diverse population of students.

In addition, MGM Resorts University serves as the Corporate Learning Function for MGM Resorts International, and aim to design, develop, and deliver strategic leadership training and professional development initiatives throughout the Company. In addition, the University collaborates with departments and divisions within the organization to assess, design, develop, implement and/or evaluate training material suited to the specific needs of each request, such as e-Learning modules, computer training courses, graphic design, presentations, instructor-led trainings, consulting services, surveys, etc.
